100.1 In order to promote the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the inhabitants of Columbus, Mississippi, and to assist in bringing about the coordinated, efficient, and economical development of the city, there exists a need for the following regulations and minimum standards to be followed in the development or redevelopment of land subdivision in Columbus, Mississippi.
