§ B. Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.

Latest version.

The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in its flood insurance study dated November 15, 1989, with accompanying maps and other supporting data, and any revision thereto, are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance.

The final and latest revision of the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance map is the map revised on September 28, 1990, and identified as Community-Panel Number: 280108 0005 G. As a result thereof, this map is hereby adopted and shall be controlling until a later revision map is adopted.
