§ 26-4. Alcoholic beverages for prisoners restricted.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to furnish, or cause or allow to be furnished, to any prisoner, any alcoholic beverage, or narcotics or dangerous drugs as so defined under applicable federal laws, except on the written order of some reputable physician, and then an in that case such liquors shall be used only in such quantities as such physicians may direct for medicinal purposes solely.
