§ 27¼-5. Rights and remedies—Building official.

The rights and remedies of the building official and the city provided under section 27¼-6 of this chapter are cumulative, supplementary, and in addition to other rights and remedies they may have under state law, pursuant to their police power, under the building code, under the other provisions of this chapter, and/or under any provisions of any other property maintenance codes now in effect or hereafter adopted.
